Using the AI Course Assistant

The AI Course Assistant can generate courses and articles based on your existing content. To start, upload a document from your current training library, and the assistant will create a course along with a set of articles that cover the material.

To utilize this tool, simply upload your documents. The AI assistant is compatible with PDFs, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations as starting points. Once you upload the documents, the AI tool will analyze the content and develop a course, breaking it down into articles based on the text provided. 

After the tool completes this process, you will have the opportunity to review the generated text and add interactions, additional content, quizzes, and more. You can also include the original source document as a Job Aid to accompany the course.

If you have additional materials that you would like to support the course, you can run the AI Assistant again to incorporate that new content.
