Sparklearn 4.5.0 is now available with even more AI tools to empower both learners and administrators! Unlock smarter learning with AI Chat, giving learners instant answers and faster access to approved content, while managers gain valuable insights with AI Chat Analytics. Plus, enjoy streamlined updates like simplified assignments, clearer analytics, and improved mobile performance.
Details:
- AI Chat: Learners can now chat with AI to help find the answers to their questions and find relevant content faster than ever. This AI tool uses only your approved materials that are loaded into your instance of SparkLearn. PREMIUM
- AI Chat Analytics: Content managers and tenant owners can now get detailed insights into the type of questions being asked and the content being referenced by learners in AI chat sessions. PREMIUM
- The Assigned page now only shows incomplete assignments with a filter option to easily view completed assignments.
- For content managers, the Manage Tags page now shows the number of times a tag is being used, allowing you to more easily manage #tags.
- We have added descriptions to each of the charts on analytics pages to help explain what the chart is showing and the value it provides to your organization.
- On supported browsers, Accordions in articles will now automatically open if the text you’re searching for is in that accordion.
- We have fixed an issue where tip cards would show an unnecessary link to themselves when embedded inside the body of an article.
Mobile App-Specific Updates
- Adds AI Chat capabilities for learners
- Updates underlying frameworks and dependencies
- Updates the Assigned page to only show your incomplete assignments, by default
Known Issues
- Tab headings on the Me page are not being highlighted when a user performs a search on Assigned/Bookmarks/History
- The entity browser loses selection when changing pages
- The learner is unable to view the glossary definition if the term is included within an annotation
- Navigation bar titles cannot be seen on iOS when the text color is set to a light color
