This update gives content managers more control with hidden groups, required test scores, enhanced tags and exports, plus new mobile features for smoother learner navigation and performance.
Details:
- Hidden groups: Introduces a new group visibility that is never shown to learners, allowing content managers to assign and organize content without adding a new group to the learner’s list
- Content managers can now require a passing score on a test before the test or course is considered complete
- Your users will need to update to 4.4.0 or later of the mobile app to take advantage of this feature.
- We added a column to the Tags page to show the number of times each tag is used
- CSV exports now include custom user profile fields
Mobile App-Specific Updates
- The Assigned page now offers collapsible sections to make it easier for learners to navigate their assignments
- Fixed an issue where long podcast titles would get chopped off
- Fixed an issue where audio may not stop playing after closing a learning object that had embedded audio
- Fixed a rare issue where feedback would fail to be logged if a learning object was linked to another learning object
Known Issues
- Top tabs disappear on Me tab when iPad is rotated
- Tab headings on the Me page are not being highlighted when a performs a search on Assigned/Bookmarks/History
- The entity browser loses selection when changing pages
- The learner is unable to view the glossary definition if the term is included within an annotation
- Navigation bar titles cannot be seen on iOS when text color is set to a light color
