Overview
As we prepare for some significant updates this fall, SparkLearn 3.21 contains updates designed to enhance your content management experience and address some issues reported by our users.
Enhancements and Bug Fixes
Web App
- Added an indicator for private groups for content managers and tenant owners when managing the groups of another user
- Added more contextual data to xAPI statements related to certificates and tests
- Improved accessibility of the Web application
- Improved the performance of the article edit form
- Improved the workflow for scheduling the publishing of an article
- Fixed an issue with the Unsplash integration
- Fixed the platform usage analytics graph
- Fixed a rare issue where a learner could get redirected to their profile instead of the dashboard after logging in
Mobile App
- Bug fixes and performance improvements
Known Issues / Limitations
Web App
- Entity browser loses selection when changing pages
- Learner is unable to view glossary definition if the term is included within an annotation
Mobile App
- When a user navigates back to the dashboard and scrolls to the end of the groups section, the groups section scrolls back to the beginning
- The "Let us Know" button when there are no search results does not work on iOS
- Navigation bar titles cannot be seen on iOS when the text color is set to a light color
- The Bookmark icon in the top bar changes to a gray color when going back to previous screens on the iOS app
Tips for Updating
To ensure that your application is kept up to date, make sure your iOS & Android auto-updates are turned on. We have provided links below to assist you with turning on this feature. There is no need to update the CMS, as that is done automatically. If you have a customized SparkLearn instance and need help with anything, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Support team.
