SparkLearn® 3.17 Release Notes

February 2024

Overview

The SparkLearn 3.17 release adds to our growing list of embedded AI tools with the ability to create AI images on demand and improvements to the recently released Link Management tool. This release also features user interface updates and performance improvements.

Details

  • AI Image Creation
    • Adding to our other content creation tools (AI Quizzes, Descriptions, Cards, and Tags), we are now offering the ability to use Stable Diffusion via Amazon Bedrock to create AI images directly within the authoring tool.
    • Content Managers have the option to import their own image, choose from Unsplash’s royalty-free image library, or generate an image using AI.
    • This is part of our ongoing efforts to add AI tools to improve the customer and learning management experience.
  • Link Management Updates
    • To make the Link Management Report more useful, we have added a new 'Reason' column to describe the cause for a Broken link
    • Broken links can be seen and edited in the content management interface.
    • A downloadable report can also be generated.
