Create and View Notes

Understand how to highlight text within an article and save notes for yourself later.

What is a Note?

A note is a way for you to take your own notes within the application. These notes can be attached to text in an article. Notes can be edited and revisited in the future.

Visual Guide

  1. Open an article and highlight the text you want to create a note for
  2. Tap the Create Note button, which will pop up on the right edge of the screen

  3. In the text field, type any notes that you want to make about the highlighted text and tap the Save button when finished

  4. The new note will appear in the sidebar of the article. Tap the pencil icon EditIcon below your note to edit it if needed

  5. To close the sidebar, tap the tab with the  EditIcon and number on it. The tab will show the number of notes you have created for the current article.
  6. You may continue to highlight and make additional notes within the article by following the same steps

View Your Notes

  1. Tap Me, located at the bottom right of the toolbar  Me_icon-1
  2. Tap Notes from the menu at the top of the screen to view a list of notes you have created
  3. Select the Note you are interested in to go to the article where the Note is
