SparkLearn® 4.7.1 Release Notes

SparkLearn 4.7.1 is now available. This update introduces article export to Word, making it easier for content managers and tenant owners to archive or review content outside of SparkLearn. It also improves group automation and includes several fixes across slideshows and the mobile app to improve overall stability.  

 

Details:

  • Content managers and tenant owners can now export articles to Word for archiving or review outside of SparkLearn
  • When a user is added to a group with assignments that have already passed, that user is no longer given overdue assignments
  • When a group leader is manually promoted after being added to a group with group automation, that member is no longer automatically demoted by the group automation process later
  • Fixed an issue where slideshows would not display correctly for slides that only contained an image
  • Fixed an issue where courses with parentheses in the title would cause an issue with some group automation conditions

Mobile App-Specific Updates:

  • Fixed an issue where the password reset screen would not load
  • [Android] Fixed an issue where the app may crash on launch for some users
  • [Android] Fixed an issue where documents would not reliably open

Known Issues 

  • Tab headings on the Me page are not being highlighted when a user performs a search on Assigned/Bookmarks/History
  • The entity browser loses selection when changing pages
  • The learner is unable to view the glossary definition if the term is included within an annotation
