Using the AI Chat
AI Chat is your on-demand learning assistant inside SparkLearn.
It gives you instant answers to your questions, pulling directly from the training content your organization has provided — like articles, PDFs, and documents.
Instead of searching through files or waiting for a response, you can type your question and get reliable, fast information right away.
How to Use It
- Open AI Chat – Find it directly in your SparkLearn platform in the top menu on the right hand corner near the search button and your account button. There is also a button on the main dashboard.
- Type your question – Use plain language (e.g., “How do I request time off?” or “What’s the process for handling customer complaints?”).
- Review the answer – The chat will pull a response directly from your company’s training materials.
- Follow up if needed – If the answer isn’t clear, try rephrasing your question or asking for more detail.
- You can also clear your chat to start over if you want. When you close and return to the HCAt your history will remain, unless you have cleared it.
Use it as your first stop – AI Chat helps you get unstuck quickly before you search files, email a manager, or ask around.

💡 Tip: If you’re not sure where to start, look for starter prompts — your admins may have added some common example questions to guide you.
The AI Chat uses only the training content your company has uploaded to SparkLearn.
