Overview
Our customers have spoken, and we have listened! You asked for more AI tools and a simpler initial site setup, and now we have delivered.
The SparkLearn 3.22 release features significant updates and improvements to make your content team's work easier and more impactful. With AI-generated content structures and suggestions, you can quickly get your site up and running. Additionally, use the AI Course Assistant to upload your existing materials and transform them into SL courses!

Expanded AI Tools
- AI Onboarding Wizard: This new tool is integrated into SparkLearn and is designed for new customers. It helps you quickly establish a content structure based on your industry and inputs by answering just five simple questions. You can use this tool multiple times to adjust the structure for your learners.
- AI Course Assistant: This built-in tool utilizes AI to analyze documents you upload. It will then create basic course materials and structure. You can always edit and enhance the materials to ensure your learners receive the most accurate information.
- We have introduced a series of new reports within the SparkLearn interface to make it easier for you to view and act on learner data. Reports are now organized into sections for simpler navigation.
- You can now update your account and change your subscription directly within the SparkLearn platform.
Accessibility updates
- Ongoing updates to create better accessibility, including updated contrast for button elements, and naming for search elements.
Known Issues / Limitations
Web App
- Entity browser loses selection when changing pages
- Learner is unable to view glossary definition if the term is included within an annotation
Mobile App
- When a user navigates back to the dashboard and scrolls to the end of the groups section, the groups section scrolls back to the beginning
- The "Let us Know" button when there are no search results does not work on iOS
- Navigation bar titles cannot be seen on iOS when the text color is set to a light color
- The Bookmark icon in the top bar changes to a gray color when going back to previous screens on the iOS app
Tips for Updating
To ensure that your application is kept up to date, make sure your iOS & Android auto-updates are turned on. We have provided links below to assist you with turning on this feature. There is no need to update the CMS, as that is done automatically. If you have a customized SparkLearn instance and need help with anything, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Support team.
